David attended Wilfrid Laurier University to study Criminology, originally wanting to pursue a career as a lawyer. However, after graduating he decided to purchase his first investment property in London, Ontario and has been consumed with the real estate industry ever since! 

When David’s not in the office, he’s either in the gym or on the ice playing hockey with friends. When asked about his career path this is what David had to say: “being a real estate sales representative in the neighbourhood where I live, gives me an advantage as I am very involved in my community. This is where I work and live. Helping people is a passion of mine whether it’s finding new Torontonians a lease or finding someone their dream home. My athletic background has taught me hard work, dedication, and loyalty. I use these same morals in life and real estate.” 

Living and working in the core for 10 years has given David an advantage. He has an exceptional understanding of the downtown core, its surroundings, and the demographics.
