Adam has always had an entrepreneurial drive, ultimately culminating at the young age of 16 when he founded and managed his first business venture. 5 years later, he sold his company, and at just 21 years old, he entered the real estate industry. Adam soon garnered a name for himself as someone well-respected by peers who offered unique business development strategies, marketing expertise, and out of the box approach.In 2011, Adam created a mentorship program for the largest Royal LePage in Canada to help agents leverage social media for business development. He was also the youngest Office Manager at TRREB, and his experience in that role led him to own, operate, and ultimately sell a boutique brokerage located in the downtown Toronto core. Adam’s goal remained simple: to help realtors grow a successful businesses. Using the latest and greatest in branding and marketing trends, Adam worked with each agent individually to help them develop a strategy that would ultimately provide them with a unique edge in a highly competitive market. Over the last 17 years, Adam has managed over $10 billion of sales and has trained and mentored over 4,000 realtors, some of them among the top producing teams and agents in the Canadian real estate industry. His extensive experience and market knowledge helps agents and businesses grow and thrive in this dynamic market. Through strategic collaboration with leading industry professionals, Adam is known for creating an environment that inspires relationship building, innovation, and transformation. In between his various business ventures, Adam most recently also launched RARE – an innovative real estate brokerage model which helps agents ignite and scale their entrepreneurial ambitions. RARE challenges today’s brokerage industry norms by introducing top producing realtors and team leaders to residual wealth creation opportunities using multiple revenue streams.
