Ryan (Yair) Rabinovich

Ryan Rabinovich is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years. As Vice-President of a medium-sized real estate development firm, he demonstrated mastery in navigating all aspects of the development cycle with precision and dedication.  

In subsequent roles as Operating Partner and President at a leading pre-construction sales and marketing brokerage, Ryan deepened his expertise in the niche, fostering collaborative relationships with developers and gaining profound insights into their priorities. 

With a track record of managing the sale and delivery of thousands of residential units valued at over $7 billion since 2008, Ryan’s accomplishments highlight his industry expertise and commitment to excellence. 

His strong connections with top brokers and realtors in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) underscore his esteemed reputation within the real estate community, facilitating successful collaborations and project outcomes.

Adam Stern

Over the past two decades, Adam Stern has overseen more than $12 billion in real estate sales and provided training to over 4,000 agents across 16 offices, many of which are among Canada’s top-producing agents and teams.

From a young age, Adam exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit and an aptitude for innovative thinking. At just 16, he launched and managed his first business venture, which he successfully sold by the age of 21 before entering into the real estate industry and never looking back. By 27, he became the youngest Manager on the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), earning a reputation from peers for his pioneering business development strategies and expertise in digital marketing.

Adam’s journey in real estate has been marked by hands-on experience at every level, including management, training, ownership, and operations since 2013. In 2020, he concluded a successful exit as Former President and Operating partner of a prominent Toronto brokerage.
